What is Odoo?
Odoo is a all-in-one Business Management Solution. It has apps to cover all of the business functions like Supply Chain, Warehouse Management, Manufacturing, Sales, Point of Sales, eCommerce, HR and Finance. It is the best opensource ERP in the world. Odoo can be customized to meet business specific requirements.
Which version should I use?
You can use latest version of Odoo for both Community and Enterprise Edition.
What is the difference between Community and Enterprise version?
There are number of power features (e.g. Loyalty in PoS, Promotions in Sales, Barcode in Inventory Operations and many more) and dynamic accounting reports are not available in Community Edition.
All the features mentioned in Odoo website, are they available in Community edition?

If Community edition is free, why I should I buy Enterprise edition?
Enterprise Edition ensures bug-fixing support from Odoo (either through Partner like us or directly Odoo for SaaS). Odoo will also provide support for version upgrade, i.e. moving to newer version of Odoo.

Where can I deploy Odoo?
Odoo can be deployed in both local and cloud server environment.
How secure is Odoo Environment?
By default Odoo has very strong user access control mechanism. Server and cloud security can be added as per need.
Can I customise Odoo?
Yes, you can customise Odoo according your need. Odoo Partner like us have complete skill to customise Odoo as per business need. For customisation, Odoo need to installed in third party cloud or local server. It is not possible to customise Odoo in SaaS mode provided by Odoo, except using Studio App.

There are documents and video available in Odoo website. Moreover, being a Partner we also provide Odoo Functional Training for both individual and business.
